@stockhunter20001 it's a question I've been posting & asking about for 2.5 years on my Seeking Alpha KAT Blog.

As the controlling block holder (~86%) GLEN has had many opportunities to Bid us.

They chose not to. I don't for the life of me quite know why. But now, with an OSC settlement out of the way, but with other additional legal matters stacking up on their plate specific to GLEN but less specific to KAT, why on earth would you NOT choose to simply your entire DRC platform?

With our SP in the doghouse, with Co price yet to bounce back, and BEFORE our DRC ops really hit their stride, the VALUE opportunity seems more obvious once again; now, much like it did +2 years ago.

With that in mind, what I want for my shares (+$5.50/share) is never going to happen in this timeframe and those are the risks in investing in stocks.

With any smell of a real or probable approach, we'll be back to $2 in a jiffy and thereafter it would be a negotiated deal, maybe even one that approaches recent highs...

GLEN would be fools to pass up on this opportunity all over again and that also is enough reason as to why their announced "DRC Review" sets off my alarms.

We are not talking about big numbers here for a firm like GLEN but nevertheless, their BoD do have a fiduciary duty to extract value. If they wait 5 years, that "value" won't be there again and they could, and should then be held fully accountable for loss of focus: "sleeping at the wheel". TWICE.

These are my views only. Thanks for reading.

You know what, if there is no benefit for them to keep KAT listing, and they hate the market scrutiny over their cobalt ion exchange story, it is better for them to close the raise their ownershio for KAT from 86% to 100% which means buy us out.

I think this is the only resolution for us, forget about copper, and cobalt prices and EV boom. Our only hope is the buy out offer.

If someone can ask why Glencore won't buyout the remianing shares of the KAT. Or may be there are at those very low prices?
