RE:ERG Metalkol Mine vs KAT KCCChina Molybdenum purchased 56% stake in Tenke-Fungurume (completed phases 1 and 2) for US$2.65 billions in May 2016 and later purchased 24% stake in Tenke from Lundin Mining through BHR Partners for US$1.14 billions in November 2016. China Molybdrnum now owns 80% stake in Tenke while Gecamines owns the remaining 20%. US$3 billions had been spent on Tenke mine. . Fer the above prices, Tenke-Fungurume with phases 1 and 2 completed was valued at US$4.74 billions. NPV of Tenke (phase 1 and 2 projects) appeared to be around US$4.33 billions.  So China Molybdenum paid 110% NPV.
