So injunction is in London, how does this resolve Congo cour

How does this resolve courts in DRC from acting on the freeze.

Great question - I was wondering the same. What possible influence can the UK exert over the DNC ??

The DRC is the jurisdiction of influence. The Courts are in the DRC. Who do you think controls the DRC Courts ? Who do you think is behind this law suit ? Now you know who is going to win !

This injunction I think served only to quell the fears of investors of Glencore - as evidenced by their Stock today (up 3.29% at time of writing)
