Fayulu president?

Some official ballots with voting station results circulate on the Internet. they speak of a victory of Fayulu with 52% of the votes. It is impossible for Kabila's candidate to win. It has a total rejection in Congolese society. the episcopal conference put pressure and said that according to its 40,000 witnesses know who won and hope that the "CENI" (electoral body) will tell the truth

Certainly a possibility.  I think the chances of anyone else other than Kabila's chosen candidate Shadary being named the winner are slim to none. https://nyti.ms/2GR2z6a
