NO cobalt sales before 2020. Commissioning ion exchange plant planned Q4 2019. I guess the SP will remain depressed for at least Q1 & Q2 2019 if not longer. Sufficient time to accumulate for those who believe into the story. Personally I think we might see SP around 50 cents againg in the next 2-3 months.
