Warrant Extension

If she has warrants its because she has participated in the financing. It's options she would have been given and I believe shares for services when WAR had no funds to pay her.

CEO Daniele owns millions of warrants so does Pinetree Capital and other advisors.   CLEARLY THERE IS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST HERE AN THE EXCHANGE SHOULD NOT, REPEAT, NOT APPROVE WARRANT EXTENSION!!  DO NOT APPROVE WARRANT EXTENSION.  CONFLICT OF INTEREST!!    ...more

Daniele is the reason I invested in Warrior Gold. She is the reason the company is now poised to something wonderful in the Kirkland Lake camp. As far as I’m concerned she deserves to be well rewarded on this journey.

This company has been rolled back 1 for 6 and 1 for 20- she has been paying herself in shares with the market at all time lows has she not? How much of the company does she own now?

Why are you here? Sell your share and go where its much better. How do you know she is sitting on her hands most of the time?

Good question.  First, I own over 2% of the fully diluted outstanding common stock.  Second, been in this one for a few months now.   Missed the last flow through raise which I would have liked to participate in - you get that fantastic tax deduction and those juicy warrants.  Third, WAR, a company cobbled together as it should be, is stronger together with its properites ...more

Paying yourself in shares while the market is at an all time low is not sitting on your hands I agree. What it results in is the CEO ends up grabbing a large share of the asset. How much of the asset does the CEO own now? I didn't see other CEO's doing that. -Plus doing a 1 for 20 rollback is not what competent CEO's do in my opinion. They ride it out and give their initial ...more
