If Trudeau seriously intended to have the pipeline build he would have already told B.C. to go to hell and put some money on the table for KML. The Canadian voters/taxpayers are the big losers in this deal, not KML.

all Government attempts to negotiate a resolution and commence legal action to seek compensation for failure by the respective government to permit the pipeline in an orderly manner. By time the case gets to court, governments will have changed, and their claim will be settled out of court and all permits will be issued.
