From an economics viewpoint Canada needs the KML pipeline but it's highly unlikely with Trudeau leading the country the government will ever be able to assure KML management of approval by May 31st or any other month this year so KML will walk away from this deal. Although this pipeline needs to be built it sure as hell wont be by KML.

I think KM is bluffing. They've done quite a lot of work already. There's plenty of pipe already buried, and they've stockpiled a lot more near K'loops.

I don't think KML is bluffing but unless Trudeau gets off his a$$ and does something all Canadians will pay the price if KML pulls the plug. Politicians always act in their own interest not that of the voters and "pretty boy Trudeau" is firstly a politician and lastly a 3rd class teacher.

KML is too big of an International Player to be playing the Bluffing game with the amateur Canadian Politicos.  The withdrawal of KML, will be joined by several other International Corporate Players, and the scrambled egg on the faces of Ottawa, and Victoria will be flashed all over the Economic World. Tick-tock, tick-tock....

KML isn't bluffing and Trudeau thinks he has control of pipeline issues but he has control of nothing. Trudeau is just a clown that travels around the world for photo opportunities on the taxpayers money.
