RE:New Press Release - Kontrol Technologies Announces Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2023 Financial ResultsThis may still include Ortech since the sale was closed early January.  So, need to see Q1 to start understanding what the remaining business is doing.

Maybe MD&A can shed some light but I am not up for the mental gymnastics for the way they may be trying to cast the results in the most positive light.
