I think someone could have a field day with all his communication and actions. There are shareholders will literally end up with a nickel or a dime on their invested dollar.
He is lecturing everyone on the markets. Maybe he can write a book on how he ran things in KNR instead of going outside his area of expertise. Small companies that delivered results did not get hammered.

selling off the carcass of what KNR used to be !...quite the leader now they are a one trick poney I'm sure those guys at CEMI are glad they are out from under his fearless leadership.
if shareholders get lucky he finds someone to partner with and buy out the rest of the company and takes it private he would only have to but about 25mill shares give or take a few.
he may be able to get it done for $30mill
