There we go.  The corporate update pretty well only dealing with the covenant breach issue.  They are continuing to work with the lender, not unexpected.  And wounding up Global, a couple of years after the acquisition. So, paid good money for it, lost money on executing its contracts, and now getting rid of it all together.  Related losses all around on that initiative.

$5 million private placement with 5 year sweeteners.  And then repricing of some warrants from $1.75 to $0.81 for a period of 5 years.

So, to NJ's comment about turning the corner?  Yes.  But I think it will take a few quarters for all this to play through and see what the real revenue base is to figure out what kind of a company and investment KNR is.

Another confirmation this morning that we have one the worst management (if not THE) out there!!..... NO f... u... c... k... n.... g... respect about their shareholders, except those who hold warrants (family, friends??). This company is really a joke, the last 2 years (BC fiasco + Global) have been a HUGE fail and they don't deserve their job/paycheck but.....

Just like here, bringing up inconvenient facts is considered trolling and bashing, and it is inconceivable to have an independent reasonably critical thought while being a shareholder. Since very few companies are a continual fountain of just good news, that would imply that every shareholder should be a trader. Buy when you hear something good, and then sell when you hear something that concerns

I've noticed "several" people on that board have ties to PG and claim to know him personally IRL and chat with him..  but yet PG doesn't answer to actual shareholders.. and actually blocks them all on twitter to avoid being exposed. Good to see how low of a standard you place on integrity, like none. Not that it is a surprise, but rather another confirmation. Make a few bucks and all is good for wasted years and being misled.
