Ghezzi's sales pitch was much, much stronger, through continuous news releases and tweets. Thought he knew he had to be diligent with how material information was presented. Whether he knew or not is irrelevant, the info he put out was void of reality necessary for investors to make an informed decision. That's on him, management and KNR board.
