Math?
Very Discounted...let's say the value at Aripuana is two billion. Divided by 30%= six hundred million...two hundred million to buy out would be about $2.25 a share. $2 a share cash would be nice.

Interesting observation! the math here is inline with Karmin’s last Investor Presentation on their website where they use $2.27 per share as the value. Karmin appears stuck in the 80 cent range so I’m thinking Nexa might offer a $1, maybe slightly higher. Hope that’s not the case! Less than 6 months left to get something done

You Hillman...you may be right. In any case anything over the buck mark would be fantastic!! I think there are around 89 million shares including options and such...let's wish for at least 180 million buy out in cash! That'd be sweet! Glta.

Sweet is right! Trading volumes have been thin, this is a heavier insider holding than most so it feels like something could be close. Nexa reported the other day, have to review it, not sure why there shares have dropped so much. That’s not helpful.

Less than 5 months to go, time for something to happen, can’t imagine this going down to the wire but maybe it will. Anyone hearing anything?
