Any surprises

Anybody take the time to read it to see if there was anything in it that we don't already know?
If there is, and you feel up to sharing the unknowns, that would be nice.
I noticed that B2 had a meeting and got less than 60 whatever it is % of the shares to vote.
Hope that doesn't happen here.

I don't know if excluding shareholders who bought last week from voting is SOP, but it seems strange. The SpinCo thing has me a bit confused. I thought the name of the spun out company was Kali Metals ASX:KMI. Also didn't expect that the document would be so concise. I figured it would be 40 pages or so of fine print. I guess now it's a matter of getting the 66+% of the shareholders to ...more

I thought that Spinco is a generic term for any company being spun off.

I very well could be Amis. If I recall correctly, I think a portion of Kali is owned by another company. No matter what's invoved, if it's just lithium in the ground, I wouldn't get my hopes up about it having much value.

I will vote yes to I believe we will benefit from our combined assets. We will be making 339 million from gold gross per quarter plus nickel. It may take time for the market to react to the merger but I think that will change fast.
