RE:RE:Voted NoIMO, managements sold at the absolute worst possible time for a price that is much, much lower than the worth of the company's assets.  I would much rather install new management - and go it alone.  With the large cash position, KSK management did not have to accept this lowball offer -- but they did.  What is their motivation?  For me, it is a head-scratcher.
