It is rational because enforcement would put KEW on fire sale, and lender may not get their money back.
3, takeover price may be at $7 by TD, and bookvalue is 7.44. that is 9x of investment. it is worth the great risks--investment becomes zero.i take such risks if it is 5x return. the theory is that: if you bet on 5 such companies, you get your money back if you are right 1 out 5, if 2, you double your maney.
