Financial details are not being released.

They are trying to raise funds the good ol' fashion way by selling off assets AND closing deals which is nice to see.

They have not filed for CCAA as of yet which is a good sign.

Overall, I still have no idea what to make of this. We will remain in the dark until the end of April imo.

I'm not experienced in these things as much as other. Can someone else chime in and let us know what you make of all this?

During the normal course of running the company management, with the approval of the board, acquire or dispose of business units as they see fit. I understand programming is being contracted for broadcast, so it appears the business continues to operate, and it now appears certain disposals are occurng also. If KEW wasn't currently embroiled in disclosed challenges these sales probably wouldn't draw attention. Normally when business units are acquired or sold contract amounts are made public but that isn't required and may be withheld for competitive reasons. If a business unit is sold under distress pricing it wouldn't be wise to disclose that as it could negatively impact negotionations for other business units or the company as a going concern. I will assume confidentiality is in current KEW shareholders best interests.
