i was out at average 0.71 at a loss.

it will take at least 6 months or or more ti finish investigation 3 year financials befre any takeover happens. i will be back after audited financials come out. to swing for a few penny is not worth the risks. regulators will soon issue CTO at least for management if not for stock.
