Which directional indicator is that? However, I agree with the sentiment hence I thought PDG was poised for an upward move - and it may still be - but a new 3 month low coupled with recent insider sales are a negative indicator. Never ignore a new low or a new high, especially on volume.
That said it doesn't necessarily mean that someone is acting on advance information of the next NR. It may simply be speculation - but had the 54 cent low held I would be more confident.
