That's what 13M flow-through shares issued at 95 cents will do to your share price in this market.  Necessary evil it seems these days.  The good news is a couple of groups seem to be scooping up most of these shares.  The churn will likely continue for a little while yet but it will end eventually.  PDG is firming up quite the deposit.  Certainly appears it will be worth more than current market value reflects that's for sure.  JMHO.
