Gone whacky? The( KXL )board may be at it again? They issued a crazy amount of options at a higher price only to reprice them lower once the stock has been taken down. I remember 2008. There should have been charges. Getting rid of the then lying ceo was not enough the Bof Ds should have been filtered too.This my experience and mo.
