M... Great points.  Re: Short history... I noticed that as well.  My guess is these 'shorts' were primarily private placement participants 'locking in' profits between period PP was announced and shares were actually issued.  95 cent FT shares sold at 80 cents is a solid profit for these guys after tax.  No suggesting they sell everything but they can lower their average cost significantly by doing this.  Don't agree with it but it is what it is.  Selling will eventually pass.  I was actually diasppointed PDG issued any FT shares at this juncture.
