You obviously don't pay enough attention to the primary drivers in the metals trading space.  The position limits were our best chance of cutting down on the illegal manipulation that has held the prices of metals down.  The position limits would have allowed a more natural price discovery, but now that the corrupt judge has tossed them out, we can look forward to continued 'managed' price levels.
