the buyout price is a tragedy

In my opinion the buyout price is a tragedy. Its your company. You own it. Shareholders as a group do not need to sell their company to vultures. We are not desperate. It has taken me years to find a handful of stellar deposits of which Prodigy is one. I have no interest in selling at $1 and nearly doubling my investment when I could very likely earn many multiples of that by doing nothing but waiting.

Go away Argo! I am not interested!

don't you have to vote on any deal going thru on any public traded company ??? if voted down then a counter offer or another offer may form ??? see any think it a done deal but it only a friendly offer and the company may like but not necessary to vote yes for ???

When many large institutions bought this at 0.50cents and are majority share holders, they will vote yes and take a nice profit... the little average Joe share holders (who may have an average SP above 1.00) will vote no.. but in the end, the institutions, PDG board and management hold a lot of shares <--- they win !!

Merger (1) Acquisition in which all assets and liabilities are absorbed by the buyer. (2) More generally, any combination of two companies.
