Sense of board vote?
I hold shares in Klondike from way back when the golden mile was the rage. Our CEO has done great work on Magino and I bought 10K MORE AFTER seeing his pitch at this year's PDAC. I obviously bought his valuation of shares at $1.50.
This $1.08 is decent but low. I plan to vote no and hope for higher offer from AR or AUQ.
AR is a super duper firm so if the big boys dictate yes, we have a positive Plan B.
What do others plan to do ?
