AR Acquisition of PDG Vote is in the Mail!
Prodigy Gold has mailed out the info to vote on this recent "Arrangement Agreement" on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. I'm in favour but, by a wing and a prayer, hoping a last minute counter-offer is parachuted in from heaven or, thereabouts! NOT Likely!
Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, October 15, 2012 /FSC/ - Argonaut Gold Inc. (TSX: AR; "Argonaut Gold") and Prodigy Gold Incorporated (TSX.V: PDG; "Prodigy")are pleased to announce that they have entered into an agreement (the "Arrangement Agreement") pursuant to which Argonaut Gold has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Prodigy by way of a Plan of Arrangement (the "Arrangement").
