RE: Anybody hearing anything?

RE: Anybody hearing anything?specoolator, the SEDI.ca report is really interesting. Thanks for pointing that out. You say its quite scary and I agree that it might have been in the past year but I would say that going foward it doesn't look to be a factor anymore. Regarding the two Argentinian directors lets examine their trasactions. I'm not sure if they're related or what but it appears they co-own their shares. The transactions are identical for both and trade volume on some of those days don't allow for both to have sold separately. They started with 270,000 shares on Jan 1, 2004 and sold the first 100,000 in May. 145,000 were sold Aug. - Dec. That leaves them with 25,000 shares. Not all that threatening anymore. Auriemma was granted 614,195 options @ $1.80. Not a factor until the price gets back up to that level. I think there was only 25,000 shares reported sold by other insiders last year. Not bad. Let me know if I missed something. My attention was just recently brought to this company and I haven't had a chance to research it much yet. I like what I see so far so I took a small position. I'm going to take a closer look and see if I get in deeper.
