Investors Selling?

Re:
I agree with you, but I am also dissapointed with how quickly investors have been selling this off. Even without the belief that gold will keep shooting up this is still a great profitable company and investors seem to be overlooking that. It seems that the only thing thats moving it's price these days is the gold spot price and now the actual fundamentals of the company.

I dont believe for a second that "Investors" have been selling this off. I diligently watch every trade as well as Level 2 as it applies to LMA and I am convinced that Investors have had a very minimal role for this stocks descent.

I believe that most trades are from Hedge Funds moving shares. I certainly dont consider them Investors. They are traders in the worst sense. All Bids and Asks, all Buys and Sells are Computer generated using their algorithms to move up down or sideways.

The Hedge Funds have obviously taken a short position and have moved the shareprice from $2.21 on December 3 to a low of $1.51 today, I would presume that a short covering will soon appear.

This is still my #1 Gold stock. Keep the faith!

Thank You Charlie_Chan that make me a little bit happier. Right now Iam sitting on 22k shares and thinking about getting more at this price. However I am only concerned because such a quick drop (although we haveseen it before) scares me that something negative is up. I dont want tobe caught with my pants down. Does anyone have any idea what we should be expecting in terms 2009 Q4and 2010 Q1 ...more
