This is the way to run a company????.....let the stock drift to it lows and then do a stock financing at the low for working capital and exploration....probably more for working capital and salary expenses. Pretty bad management in my humble opinion. LAD has some very good prospects but this management is not promoting the company and so its stock languishes and just wanders down to where they will have to do another consolidation in a few more months if this keeps up
