Waste of $300K

Thast as CEO got paid $177k in 2017, their CFO got over $100k. Thats $300k for two individuals. Same same this year? Money better spent in the ground imo, who pays a CFO that much money for what, at best, is a part time job? Based on a 10 for one rollback and the fact LAD is trading at only 60% of rollback price it seems, to me, that $177k is far too much for the CEO's pay as well!

The other problem is the insider constantly penny flipping the stock. Seems to think the only way for him to get a payday from owning shares is trading his own stock for a half penny.
