KEEP IN MIND,

this company has been run by two very incompetent CEO's and a maketing/IR /Director that is truely suspect. They have managed to screww up New Carolin under any and all circumstances. Their quest to be heroes has lead them to make very poor decisions, and I see no way out for the company as long as the current group is in charge.
