Where do you get this erroneous information? After consolidation the price trades in a narrow range. It will move upon development being either positive or negative and proportionally.

most consolidations
fall back to the pre -consolidation unless they get positive progress with their endeavour. meaning 2 cents goes up to 20 cents and if nothing happens falls back to the low single
