Odd-lot tenderLiberty Bancorp, Inc. announced that it will commence an "odd-lot" tender offer to purchase all shares of its common stock held by persons owning 99 shares or fewer of the Company's common stock as of the close of business on September 22, 2009. The Company is offering to purchase these shares of common stock at $15.00 per share in cash. In addition to the $15.00 per share offering price, the Company is offering a $50.00 bonus for all properly executed tender offers received prior to November 20, 2009, the expiration date of the offering.
