A note from Gary.............

A note from Gary.............This release is about tonnage potential at the Redstone Mine and the McWatters intrusion. At the Redstone, we have had a 100% success rate drilling holes a kilometer long into a projected komatiite channel. Considering it is a vein type system (caused by shearing of the earlier massive sulphide troughs), which some of us have observed on the July mine tour, you will realize the importance of that success rate. Above, drilling to 1600' did not show the same success rate so it is reasonable to say there is either more veins deeper or they are bigger as it was easier to hit them. In our efforts to both definition drill the McWatters Mine and start to understand where the 5% nickel surface showing at Galata came from, we found evidence of a probable (we need to do some 100m step outs) Mt. Keith style low grade (.2%-.4% Ni) high tonnage deposit which we are now calling the McWatters intrusion, because it is not an extrusive system being void of spinifex texture. We have traced this system 2.35 km west to the Galata area. It is common to drill 100m cores of disseminated Ni sulphides near McWatters and we hit similar mineralization at Galata with two holes 300m apart. This low grade material is high in MgO and is best dealt with metallurgically with a hydrometallurgical facility. Although not a high priority now at Liberty, this is something to consider in a couple of years as the tonnage should be easy to establish for such a facility. We could also run the .18% tailings from the Redstone Mill through the facility to produce a Nickel Hydroxide world wide saleable product. At Galata, we found some high grade sniffs of 6% copper and are looking for a trough within the structure that may have trapped the massive sulphides, like at the bottom of McWatters.
