Beer, As stated by xray they have allready spent some of the required funds on drilling. And if you are always upset that ISM has to be brought into it then dont make reference to ISM later in your post and I will refrain from doing so as well.

Again you are saying we are not making any money from production we did in quarter 4 (remember amortization is not affecting cash flow, we had this argument earlier) yes we are not covering all the administration and drilling costs but we are covering some of it and will be able to cover most if not all of it when Mcwaters is in pre production and we will be well ahead of the game when we are in full production which I think you will agree (I think you are only concerned of us getting there?? correct me if I am wrong)

I have a question for you to answer what do you think the burn rate is now for LBE (on a monthly basis)
