RE: Nickel Over $9/Lb. What about that stock?John,

I will try and answer you questions off the top of my head

Why weren't shareholders offered some of those nifty convertible preferred shares?
Well if you had about 30,000,000 I am sure you could have come to some sort of arrangement with Liberty Mines. I also think you need to look at the preferred's like a debt financing that we can pay off in the next two years if nickel stays close to where it is. And if you were so interested in 11 cent shares you could have been buying common shares at under 5 cents before this deal was announced (why were you not doing that??)

Why are there more convertible preferred shares than there are common shares?
I dont understand the question? It is just a fact that there are more preferred than common there is no rule or regulation against it so dont know why you are asking this question.

Why were shareholders never given a vote on this fabulous deal?
I am not 100% sure but I believe that Liberty had enough votes in hand to complete the deal or Liberty had the authorization to do it. I know it a large amount of shares but do you normally vote on financings for company's??

Why wouldn't Jilin Jien take the company private as soon as possible?
I think if that is what they wanted to do they would have and could have allready done it

How much is Jilin Jien going to pay "Liberty Mines" for the nickel in concentrate?
This one I am not too sure one but I beleive that it will be competitive with the deal that Liberty has with Xstrata...I beleive the number to be 75 - 80%

Are they going to give byproduct credits for the copper and pgm's?
Again I am not sure but I think they will once we are at full production the same as Xstrata was to do
