Them owning 51% of the common shares does not increase the number of shares outstanding just under 170,000,000 all it means is that over half of the shares are in very tight hands so the public float is really much less.
Go back to your own board and see if you can get any more suckers there that will believe your stories because no one is buying what you are selling
