RE: RE: RE: LBE on the move!!Rocky,

I don't think you really understand.

You said "If  LBE makes money (after the debt is serviced) they win because they get their money back & still own a majority stake"
What is the problem with that as a shareholder Liberty has 167,000,000 (approx) shares outstanding WHEN they retire the debt including the preferred they will still have about the same amount of common shares outstanding. Jilin Jien bought the common shares for approx 10,000,000 they don't get that back.

So within the next year Liberty will have little to no debt and have a couple of mines in full production if nickel stays up over $10.00 they stand to make over $40 Million (being conservative if Nickel is at $12 they will make approx 70 Million) so $40 Million divided by the shares outstanding would be around 24 cents a SHARE!!! PROFIT!!! if it is 70 Million it would be 42 cents a share....I am sure you can do the math of what the stock SHOULD be trading at when they show these numbers and it doesn't matter that Jilin Jien has 51% of the shares it will still be 167,000,000 shares outstanding.

As far as the first quarter results go I doubt they will have paid down any debt (maybe some of the interim financing for the receivables)  the revenue should be higher and profit/loss should be a bit better but we won't really see the bigger numbers until the 3rd quarter.

I agree Jilin Jien will win with LBE but the shareholders will be along for the ride and it should be a pretty good one over the next few years.
