In spite of the volume it DID move down one penny Yes, I would think there is a LOT of manipulation going on and it does appear to be the Chinese. They DO have a lot of control of the LME given they're the largest customer and they DO control Liberty Mines given they are the largest shareholder. They don't need to account to any other shareholders and the exchange is going to do nothing.
