Mayberead my post again and answer the questions the first part questionsyour motives for posting here and the second asks if JJ doesn'texercise the preferred shares and my calculations are close to beingcorrect what would happen to the price then??

2) IF JJ DOESN'T EXERCISE THE PREFERRED SHARES AND MY CALCULATIONS ARE CLOSE TO BEING CORRECT WHAT WOULD THE PRICE BE THEN.
