Uhm, because that's not how things work.  Go read up on the CEO's past 4 sales.  Each time he sells, he rolls over the other properties/royalties into a new company.  This is how it has to be don for legal purposes.  Anyway, they're doing the same thing they've done the past 4 sales, just in reverse order.
Yes, they could just sell the royalties.............. I hope they don't.  These royalties are worth a lot of money.  Odds are they'll list this new Company once they sell Taca Taca, and keep some of the proceeds from the sale of Taca Taca for future exploration (plus they have on going payments from Coro to finance them).
