Midas you were right. Hats off to you. But I don't think LCC negotiated the JV for the reasons you articulated. LCC's wholly owned claim area is more than large enough (over 10 square miles) to host a tailings facility. And none of that area is environmentally protected. I think instead that somebody wants to know whether the resource can be expanced to the west - possibly the party that provided the $23 million in financing. Anyone have any thoughts?
