@blueberryboy If the Polish company is buying a percentage of Lumina as opposed to buying Lumina outright then that's feasible. Do you know if it is the same Polish company that they have had dealings with before? i.e. the one in the earlier URL.

At this point, no new investor can lose. They'll be buying in at a price that's lower than one of the key shareholders has bought in at. Unless it is through a new private placement that dilutes the shareprice for existing shareholders. That would suck badly.

But I don't think that it is in their interests to aggressively dilute at this point. What for? They don't need much more exploration money unless they are going to buy in to more claims and they've already admitted that they don't want to do that. Despite JVing after they said it.

Don't know what to think. Can't tell if its good or bad and it doesn't look clear-cut good. Thought that the people already in Lumina were big and bad enough not to need another big investor.
