Future is clear

The mining company is out of Europe and is also 

a possible partner in  Ross Beaty Poland copper play , currently 

a private affair , but we will see it in coue years or after lumina 

copper sale

I agree Ace, rumour has it that its a mining co from Poland.  Also, I think its safe to say that no deal for LCC in 2012, but there will be a BIG payout in 2013.  Whats a few more months. Cheers

Ace and Blueberryboy, where are you getting this kind of info??? I don' t believe the story about this company from Poland. What I do believe is that there is a lot of copper in the ground and eventually Lumina will be sold. Just bought another 200.

This Polish company has been mentioned in the past but not in relation to taking over Lumina: https://www.kghm.pl/index.dhtml?category_id=1&lang=en I doubt that any European-based company will be the knight in shining armor. It is more likely that a Chilean company will takeover Lumina because of the favorable conditions that exist between Argentina and Chile. Moreover, the exit route for all ...more

Midas, If there really was an offer for Lumina?? have you got any idea what the price would have been? Lumina was worth 17$ a share in April, I guess the offer will have to be higher than this before they sell. There's a stockpaper in  Belgium that says that  the fair selling price is 25 $. I  don't believe this. I suppose that if we get 19 or 20 $ a share, we should be ...more

@blueberryboy If the Polish company is buying a percentage of Lumina as opposed to buying Lumina outright then that's feasible. Do you know if it is the same Polish company that they have had dealings with before? i.e. the one in the earlier URL. At this point, no new investor can lose. They'll be buying in at a price that's lower than one of the key shareholders has bought in at ...more

Wrong polish co. Currently a private co whith whom mr RB is privately invested with.
