I think it's better to send an email to the company for those kind of questions.

My concern is that the SP will continue to drift lower if there's no news or updates from the company...

if you check last trading days, you can see that the ask price is pushed lower every day around 2pm...

It is strange that the company is trading at 7.50...I see big value here, time will tell..'
