Reason that Lumina hasn't made a press release yet

I think that Lumina is too scared to make the press release because they think that some of Lumina's shareholders will leave and buy Cascadero instead.

Also, isn't it embarassing to admit to a JV barely more than a week after the curve-ball progress update press release. They knew about the JV 9 days before it happened. They are definitely downplaying the JV.

This is a very significant JV for both Lumina and Cascadero but Lumina is too scared to admit  that the JV was vital in its efforts to win-over a suitor.

There is a chance that they are holding out because there is bigger news to come. If they have finally satisfied a suitor because of the Salta JV you could soon be hearing the takeover news you have all been expecting. It would be nice if that is the real reason.
