6% dilution and no mention of JV with Salta

@Morse5 LCC 6% dilution, predominantly to pay off debt, and you attack CCD's share structure when CCD has no debt! Hypocrite!

Moreover, Lumina's first press release since the JV and still no mention of the JV. I can see that they really have no idea how to prioritize news or when they are on to a good thing. Like I said, Lumina is too chicken to promote Salta or CCD because the opportunity in CCD is vastly superior to any opportunity that's left in LCC.

LCC shares will go up percentage-wise but CCD is going to do a Lumina Mark II to its stock chart.

LCC also knows about dilution and how to pay off debt with it. We could go on ad infinitum. There is nothing to prove re:dilution. That's what exploration companies do to raise funds. If you haven't got used to it yet then invest in something other than exploration companies. Try physical copper. They can't dilute that from a distance.
