Most likely still going to wipe all share holders out and maybe senior lender didn't like all the overhang from those shares as it would have been hard to hand out more shares!! And that's why they are taking this route.We'll be lucky  to see any return at all now but they will manage to survive and be able to continue on with new shares and a fresh start! to bad so sad

They scammed everyone...and after Larson left....Ozbourne and Chu had NO INTENSIONS of making this dead POFS work....all they saw was a chance to to take advantage of iddiots like yourself and fill theirs and their friends pockets.
