Looks like this Sai Chu and co are have the floor bid for selling the UrthePipeline and UrtheDaily to the shadowy group mentioned called Antarctica Infrastructure Partners (based out of Delaware) for 70 million and fees related to the restructuring process.  Others may enter the process before certain deadlines.  20 million of this is paid to Land O'Lakes and paid off 50 million in debts.

October 16 letters sent out to interested bidders with this information and 70 million floor bid.
November 6 Bid 1 phase deadline.
November 18 Bid 2 phase deadline.
November 23 Auction between interested parties with floor set by Bid 1 and 2 process.

UrtheCast is actively marketing financing of the SAR project.  In 2017 the project had 2 sats signed for $180 million.  Times that by 4 (8 sats in OptiSAR) for $720 million ish.  The bidding process is going to be interesting.  OptiSAR was always the long game.

I would have to imagine that Sat prices of dropped since 2017 and financing wouldn't be for that much. Maybe a couple hundred million at the most?

There is not much transparency again what's happening with internal assets. For sure Mr. Scott Larson should feel great that he got his hands on the two ISS cameras for free to sell to Russians or Some third world Countries and make more Money from whatever left from Urthecast while the rest of the UR assets will be sold just to barely pay for some of debts and pay salaries and fee to UR
