The main reason for the reverse split if for the S/P to rise above $ 1.0. Many institutional funds are not allowed to invest in so called "penny stocks". a $ 3.0 S/P will eliminate that impediment. I understand as well that Luna will apply shortly after that to a TSE Listing. The TSE has more stringent reporting requirements then the VSE and therefore is more appealing to institutional funds.
